My Community

Slash Pine EMC is pleased to play a part in helping our members pursue their dream of a college education. We annually offer the prestigious Walter Harrison Scholarship, a program sponsored by the EMCs in Georgia.

Because Slash Pine EMC is a cooperative and has a non-profit status, any funds taken in above the cost of providing electric service are returned to the members in the form of capital credits.

Each year Slash Pine EMC selects two area students to participate in an all-expenses paid summer trip to Washington D.C.
